CloseFlow Ink is the all-in-one booking, scheduling, and client-management app for tattoo artists. It turns scattered DMs, missed follow-ups, and no-shows into a calm, professional business you actually control — so you grow into the artist and business owner you want to be. Without losing what made you an artist. Solo or a whole studio.
★★★★★ Trusted by tattoo artists building real businesses across the US & Canada
Nothing slips through the cracks.
Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, texts, email — every client lands in one calm place instead of five noisy apps, and your bookings stay in two-way sync with Google Calendar. No lost leads, no forgotten replies. You look on top of it, because you finally are.

Hi! Do you do cover-ups? I have an old faded tattoo on my forearm.
Hey Jordan! Yes — cover-ups are my favorite thing to do 🖤 Can you send a photo of the current piece?
JB
Just sent 3 photos! It's a small faded name, pretty light.
Got them — totally coverable. I'm picturing blackwork florals wrapping it. Quick consult, or straight to a session?
JB
Let's do the session! Is Saturday open?

I was a talented mess — great tattoos, chaos everywhere else. CloseFlow Ink made me feel like a real business. I show up prepared, I get paid on time, and for the first time I actually feel in control of where my career is going.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can run an Instagram DM, you can run CloseFlow Ink. Setup is a few taps and your inbox, calendar, and booking page are live the same day — you stay on the art, the system handles the rest.
Which channels can I connect?
Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, and email — all landing in one thread. Reply from anywhere and it goes back out the channel your client used. You also connect your Google Calendar for two-way sync, so every booking and your existing events stay in step.
How do deposits work?
Your booking page collects a deposit the moment a client picks a slot — so you get paid like a professional and cut no-shows. The balance is logged against the session, so you always know who has paid and who still owes.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Move between Artist, Growth, and Studio whenever you want — your clients, bookings, and history come with you, and you only pay the difference.
Can my studio add multiple artists?
The Studio plan is built for it: add every artist to one roster, track commissions or chair rent, and share a studio calendar — while each artist keeps their own private clients and money.
Your craft. Your career.
This is where the artist becomes the business. Follow the thread — it leads to the artist you're becoming.
